The Cotton Reel Co offer a 30-day return policy for all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at the cottonreelco@gmail.com. A returns label will be sent to you. Refunds will be processed within two business days of receiving the returned item. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for a refund. We also reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been altered or customized.
